Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order has been dispatched.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. Updates can also pause while your parcel is moving between carrier facilities.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it.
Please check around your delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted the parcel. If you still can't locate it, contact our customer care team.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
